You can't sacrifice any cards that you only have 2 copies of and any card with a fairy over 1 Star can't be traded. You however CAN trade away cards that you have 1 or 2 copies of

I know the limits and still I need to sacrifice cards to be able to trade. I literally killed an Arcanine EX to have enough points to do the last trade I needed...
