Then how the hell are you so goddamned ignorant of what the food market was actually like back then? Yes, there’s a bunch of shit that’s bad and unhealthy, but there’s also been a huge increase in the variety of food available, fresh food easily available year-round, organic & free range, etc.
Read that report. Travel abroad. Quality food today is expensive & hard to find for the working class. Fresh fruits are brought in from other countries. “Organic” foods used to be the norm. Most working class resort to fast food with less nutrients. Can you read? Then why are you so ignorant?
I haven’t read that report yet, but it sounds like it contradicts about 99% of my lived experience back then…. So I suspect I’ll be damned skeptical even after I’ve done so. But we’ll see! I assume YOUR lived matches that report exactly though, right?
Well, turns out I’m not all that skeptical of the report!! Of course, I also don’t think it proves what you think it proves, or that it’s remotely germane to a discussion of the variety of foodstuffs available now versus then, so I’m just gonna stop engaging with you moving forward.
