I want to know if less than 10 is 2 or 9 and of those how many are woman which is where the rule applies

I don’t think they should compete with cisgender women but the CRUELTY with the bathrooms and the prisons and denying treatment is horrific!
-let’s focus on stopping that instead of the sports
