I grow a lot of fresh herbs. Trying ginger this year. My immune system is thrashed. Herbs and spices are game changers. Whenever friends or family are really sick I make a curative vegetable soup (strained for some), turmeric, ginger, and garlic strong. Magical combination.

This reminds me of the drink I made recently to help me choke down some apple cider vinegar to settle my stomach. I added water and honey, then warmed it. It was surprisingly tasty.
