Agree but this is the role of government: to identify and correct issues that arise from a developing society. This would be like a cardiac surgeon removing a stent to save money. Why would you remove the fix?
He doesn't write Trump did it. I think it's ok to just point out that this alarming thing happened and, as with so many of these haphazard cuts, we’re eliminating progress. Which I think is worse: we knew the issue (they were throwing out kidneys!) and now Trump is wiping out the solution.
