I'm a firm believer in replaying games you love. They're always there for you to enjoy and remember why you love them so much
Backlog be damned, sometimes you need a good replay

Grrr.
I did play Bejewelled 3 again this week and managed well over 2 million though. My record. 👍❤️
meanwhile i've already completed yet another playthrough of kirby triple deluxe
Plus everyone I see who mentions having one, always seem to complain, like it's an obligation, similar to a day job.
That's the main thing I'm talking about here. Sometimes you need to go back to something you enjoy, easy as
What are you playing currently?
I got mario and luigi brothership, echoes of wisdom and finishing unicorn overlord on my list
But I admit the game that inspired me to make this post was my desire to replay Fire Emblem Path of Radiance, which I'm playing right now
I hope you find as much enjoyment now as your first playthrough :)
I always do, trust me
Not to mention the amount of times I've played Donkey Kong Country 1 and 2 haha
I'd replay it again. 9 is peak
Last year I spent most of my time playing old games (not remakes, although those were played as well)
Went through sands of time trilogy and the mgs games, splinter cell 1, 2 and 3, max payne 1 and 2, Final Fantasy 8.
Most of these were just the right length.
*boots to tales of Symphonia again*
You’re always going to have more games than you could ever play in one lifetime. The idea of making a arbitrary checklist of games you have to play dilutes the experience.
Play what you want.
But I’ll watch the same movie a thousand times…….
Weird?
I reply my old favourites all the time and seeing shoddy remakes and game delistings of those games is heart breaking.
It’s only going to get worse if gamers continue to stand idle.
Mine is miitopia
And that's totally fine, I can always start that new game I have at any time.
Seems lots of people are going to fe games lol
(Which, incidentally made me realize you can play every single installment of that franchise as a different person, assuming you pick Emily in 2.)
near age seventy
when all games
are fresh and new
and you have to
figure it out over again.
Even if you played it
one month ago.
I can’t find the time to watch a lot of movies but every year or two I gotta break out Higurashi again.
Best two seasons of horror out there.
love them to death.
And I can attest, ff6 a fantastic game. It's in contention for my favorite ff game. And those are always good memories
