So I am curious about the process, did have to make one of the plush yourself, to then make the concept art to submit to a manu, or were you involved in working with the manu to develop the prototype based on your own skills and knowledge?

More work. When you are making a one off you can do little cheats with hand sewing, thread sculpting etc.

Where for mass production the pattern has to be spot on and easy to use. Very little hand sewing etc

Her pattern looks simple but the head was so tricky to do!

Her markings sit exactly where I would want to place the seams. It took a lot of tweaking to make it work 😮‍💨 🙌
