I got no notes on the actual shape, seems excellent imo.

The only thing is maybe having the feathers be made with emitters and shaders to give it a more fluffed look.

The most I'd do to change this a bit would be to push in where the cheeks meet the eyes to give a more interesting silhouette of the head. I'd also make the nostrils just a little smaller and higher up for more eyesight clarity since I assume the beak would already obscure vision a bit

Is this gonna be rigged? If so I would advise against sculpting on a smile as the "default" expression, since that would make it harder to have your character emote in any scenes or animations you make with them. (See: Simba smiling during the stampede in KH2)
