I was going to say the same thing. Cats are carnivores. Their diet must have meat. Corn is a starch which can cause damage to the life of the cat. Taco, more than likely, is eating the corn because of the butter and salt and not the corn itself.
I've ran into a few people that didn't realize their cat was getting sick from eating non-meat. I've also seen a few that were seemingly shocked that a dog shouldn't eat chocolate. There are probably more than you think that just assume if they can eat it, their pet can too.
Please provide a link to the original video so I can download it, and having it play on loop in the background, while sucking on a sedative to lower my blood pressure.
Had a cat growing up whose favorite food was corn on the cob, preferably with butter and salt on it, but regardless he would attack the corn cob as if it was his last meal. Also wanted our cobs after we were done with it and if we didnβt stop him he would have consumed the entire cob.

I ran a Cat Rescue for years.
Yes, cats are carnivores. 95% of their food should be meat.
Corn does not hurt them though.
The corn husk can which is why this is not something you would do regularly.
Most dry cat food is made from corn.
My cat eats Cheezies. He goes nuts when he hears the bag opening. Gotta get it on video. π
Thank you in advance.
