Biden can't fill those court seats unilaterally. He can't do that without the Senate. With it split 50/50, he'd have to win over Democratic Senators like Manchin, who are more conservative than he is

I definitely could understand why he would pardon his son before Trump gonna use it for retribution or sorts.

But you're right, supporting genocide, not packing the courts, etc, is just how awful he is (and no, Trump is worst)
