Well #NAFO assembles for operations for those who volunteer, and then those squads disassemble. Efforts by teams pulled from the standing army pool (which is indeed, decentralized).
It's not complicated.

It comes down to growth. I can't organize or direct #NAFO. This is down to all of us. If it endures it could grow like any sorority/fraternity or any other organization. A kind of shield against those being uncivilized or barbaric. Not cops, but an unseen force.

WWI and WWII were both won through alliances. WWI was the fall of empires (except for Russia). WWII was an attempt to build new empires. It is through alliance and individuality that the world is preserved.
