None of this was "my gospel".
It was me informing you why people like Charlotte feel unloved, and why those "empathetic" messages don't get focused on. Because they only seem empathetic if you don't look past being vaguely polite.
And those vaguely polite messages are an extreme minority.

If you call me deeply hateful, maybe you are ignorant of how I feel. And how I feel may be a part of who I am.
If so, I understand. It can be hard to put down the safety armor to see a fellow human.
I don't know how you feel about trans people, but if it's negative and is so deeply rooted it's part of who you are, then I'll be straight forward and say that makes me lack respect.
I've seen enough Christians with their full chest proclaim trans people as "abominations".
Though I did see you @'ed me on another message about a song made by Ren.
I apologize for being immediately on the offensive. I'm willing to talk if you do, genuinely, want to listen.
But I won't pretend I don't have a shield up and a brick in hand. I can stand equal there.
I'm the first to admit I have not just a short fuse, but but 0 tolerance of intolerant behavior. After all, tolerance is a social contract, not a law.
If it helps, I was raised in a Christian household, with fine Christian parents. I'm not Christian, but I know not everyone is like those
But the rotten apples ruin bunches, and the good Christians aren't (publically) doing so well at rooting out the rot. Especially in the eyes of queer folks.
