There is a very weird experience since I've left the classroom. I still feel like I'm somehow "skipping work". Or taking a day off. Even though I've been working full time and then some. Work from home has LOTS of upsides, and I love it. But there's a weird relationship with "going to work".

Some folks can do it no problem. Others need to get creative.
Sorry if I stepped over a line...
Even a ritual of leaving, going to get a coffee or for a walk, to simulate that psychological shift from home to work (and then doing the reverse at end of day) helps
My kids make it extra hard, but the ritual of taking them to school functions as my commute/start of work day routine. Makes a big difference.
