While I agree you cannot ignore the separation of powers, we need to make it more difficult for Provinces to pin the blame for their failings regarding housing or the delivery of healthcare on the Federal Government.

Or in the case of Danielle Smith blaming everything on the Federal Government.

The problem with that is, no matter what the feds do, unless they are conservative, they will get the blame because they are not conservative. Trudeau bought Alberta a pipeline, and they still said he did nothing for them. There is no pleasing contrarians. Even if you get rid of anything they can
