Easily the creepiest interaction of the day. If it were possible to cringe to death, you might have seen me do it live on stream. Every biological clock in the crowd ground to a halt

Poilievre getting overly excited at the pre-approved "rally size" question from the Globe and Mail. He doesn't answer the question, instead opting to be a complete creep to the reporter. #cdnpoli

Had I been the reporter, I’d have continued asking the questions, and kept MOVING ON. I felt she was too nice and should’ve played the ‘hard-nosed’ Kaitlin Collins approach. Just my thoughts. This shouldn’t have been like 2 neighbours chatting over the fence. Creepy, yes.

That said, I wish reporters would ask politicians short, direct questions. Or simple Yes/Nos. Pin them down.
Eg in this case: respond with a Q: him why the size of the rally is so important to him?
Why does he limit which media can ask questions?
Her "are these rallies just diehards?" Q was not a bad question, but then she let him fluster her with his grossness.
When they write the script and roll it out without a rehearsal are they as uncomfortable delivering it as we are hearing it.
And - 10,000 people ?? in a warehouse space? Because that is where it was.
