Like they legitimately spit in so many people's faces this time around, and were callous about it, too. Very poorly handled PR, and not like Nintendo of the past at all.

Ah. What did they say about those who complain about pricing? The controller thing sucks but it's what they have always done for the classic controllers. I understand the hate, I just don't understand the volume since it's all things they have been doing for a while.
Like I could probably keep going, but they have slowly slid the expectations lower and lower while charging more for less. I haven't been happy with a Nintendo purchase since the Switch came out, and I'm normally very happy with their company. But I've felt like they don't care about loyalty.
And I know this is what is said about every company, but it's very true.
They don't have to impress us, because people will buy it anyway. They don't have to make it accessible, because people will buy it anyway. They can mock people in an economic crisis, because folks will buy it anyway.

I'd also like to point out, that to address the weak economy in Japan ONLY, they're just under $350 in Japan, but are region-locked.
They're capable of selling it for less, but they know Americans will pay.
