The first and only time I ever saw them in store as a kid was at a local toy store, I thought they were the most amazing thing I’d ever seen.

Definitely amazing! I used to stare at the catalogue pages with these guys for hours. I did get access to some of the comics, but even at that it was like 2 issues at most. Which isn't bad, considering there were like...5 issues maybe?

I wish I had seen to cartoon! That was when we lived on a farm and the only TV access we had was a giant antenna that had to be manually turned. And even then, channels would go out due to weather. lol
