Mint. Most times you can use basil instead. If I liked mint tea it would be different.

I am also a mint disliker, and am used to the weird looks people give you. Do you also not like peppermint, or am I still alone there?

I don't dislike mint. I just don't have a lot of uses for it. Whereas a bouquet garni with rosemary included goes lots of places in my cooking. I might trade out dill for exclusion instead of mint but my husband would be sad.
