By request, my preferred reading order for Ranger of the Titan Wilds! This is based more on "vibes" than sequential - several of the bonus stories and novellas actually come before Book 1. But I think having context before going into the backstory is usually better! - ThreadSky

Am I understanding correctly that the rest of the novellas will never be released anywhere else? The kickstarter is the absolute only way to get them?

For the moment, yes. At some point in the future, after the fifth (and final) campaign is wrapped up, they'll at least be available in paperback. But that is probably a year or two down the road.
