Wakeman was after the period Sandy Denny was in, but before they had their hit. Folk-rock and prog bands changed members more often than their members changed underpants.

One thing that was eye-opening about this episode was the connection between folk rock and early prog, something I’d really only considered a Jethro Tull phenomenon.

Yeah, British folk-rock, prog, and the Bowie/Bolan/Roxy side of glam (as opposed to the Slade/Mud/Gary Glitter/Suzi Quattro/Sweet side) were all part of the same big scene, with people moving fluidly between the genres.

Yeah, it's probably available over here (haven't checked) because the recording is public domain in the UK, but it isn't in the US, but at the same time the Alberts aren't known there (they're barely known here) so there'd be no interest in giving it a commercial release.

The only other thought I have related to that is maybe you could provide links to where people can purchase legal downloads from Apple ITunes Store / Amazon MP3 store / Bandcamp / other. If I recall correctly, Tyler Mahan Coe did something like that on his web page for episodes of C & R.

I provide links to purchase the main stuff, but honestly in a lot of these cases there's either no legal download (as with Dylan's Newport show) or there's rights issues that mean that a legal download in the UK won't be available elsewhere (as with the Alberts).

It's a general problem with the differing copyright laws in different territories, and the fact that most of my listeners are outside the UK. No easy fix.
