That whole Endor capture sequence is also great because it's almost definitely the exact point where Han gets his worldview cracked open by Luke using the Force on 3pO. He was blind for all of the Tattoine barge rescue so that's his first chance of seeing post-training Luke prove that magic is real

You know, you're right! Think the most he accomplished past the first movie was finding Luke in a blizzard. After that, humiliation after humiliation. (Also this comparison makes me think when his gun is yoinked by Vader, he would try to play it off as "I threw my gun at him deliberately!")
