one year I managed to get the LAST ONE in Big Sainsbury's for my mum and dad who lived in a flat with loads of glass that was like an oven. AT A DISCOUNT. Literally never had a prouder moment in my adult life.

Staying indoors seems sensible. Totally agree about closing curtains on sun-facing windows (& keeping those windows closed in the daytime, open in the evenings).
