It's not out of the realm of possibility for Musk to be detained in a European or Asian airport or hotel on certain charges related to what they could find in legal discovery.

Musk may want to build a residence in a non-extraditable nation at some point as insurance. He's making powerful enemies.

For example, legal discovery played out on Tesla internal network could bring to light executive decisions made in haste that resulted in human deaths from Telsa 'self driving' and related technical errors.

An arrest warrant could be issued for that, depending on what was found in discovery.

I wonder if the EU will have the courage to make genuine decisions which include fines and even closing down X because Musk’s puppet will rain down such horrors on it should they have the temerity, that would make every politician and bureaucrat quail. Many of the new Politicos like Musk anyhow.
