This video was shared online with deepfaked audio and with the mouth movements being deepfaked. It was later picked up by Indian broadcasters as an admission by Pakistan that two of their aircraft had been shot down.

To confirm the video was a deepfake, we found video of the same press conference, then compared the position of flags, microphones, and other details in relation to each other, and then identified sections of the video where the movements of the speaker and audience synced up.
