He's definitely figured out what he can and can't do. I remember when he was in WWE years ago, there was only a few times where he goofed up and it was almost certainly because he couldn't get enough pushoff. He's VERY impressive.

My favorite Zach Gowen fact was that, in 2003, Johnny Ace didn't know who he was. After Ace was told, "Hey, there's this young kid with one leg who wrestles and can do a moonsault. Go call him and bring him in." Instead, Ace contacted a different wrestler who was 40 years old and was missing a foot.
