2. They are incredibly unhelpful for building livable cities
3. If we don't want our cities to be run by tech billionaires, we need to build a coalition that includes small biz.
They obviously do understand their customers. They go to war with the largest companies and richest people in the world every day.
Essentially they surveyed business owners and some pedestrians and assumed the pedestrian data was credible and that the business owner data wasn't.
