It’s so weird how weirded out people can get by someone not believing in a god or gods. Like I’m still the same dude and it’s honestly the least interesting thing about me and I have a lot of uninteresting things about me.
That's nothing to do with faith or lack thereof, it's just bigotry and mindless hate. I've seen plenty of it from atheists too so you can get off your high horse.
