Most Banjo-Kazooie world - Freezeezy Peak or Treasure Trove Cove for me because there's a good balance of Silly Guys to help in these levels.

Most Pokemon Pokemon - either Rhydon or Nidoking. I cannot explain my logic.

Getting to The Great Deku Tree in BotW is where I was like "Ah yes, I'm playing a Zelda game!" but this is also because growing up with Ocarina made it the quintessential entry in my brain.
