Great article about Matt Shields who brought the first ever parkrun to The Waterworks in Belfast in 2010 then oversaw the growth of parkrun all over Ireland. The amount of work, time and dedication he, +wife Ruth put in to make this place a happier and healthier place is unmeasurable. #loveparkrun
