The only thing I can think of is a drone swarm. Conventional AD can be overwhelming by a saturation attack where drones arrive using varied routes. Setting off a nuke over the drones' target would successfully stop the swarm.

I imagine that the user would be safe, but any crew or electronics within a formation it was fired at would be at risk?
