If a person is made to swear an oath on a bible to uphold the constitution. Is it still an oath if they don’t believe in the bible or the constitution? I was just curious.

Do you swear or affirm to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth (so help you God?) The latter is kept off many times. (I remotely type federal immigration hearings is how I know.)
