Judge: okay, we’re going to adjourn until 6 ET and we’ll know more from DOJ. And I’ll know more about whether I want to issue a separate class wide TRO. Any issues?

Anyway, where we left things, DOJ’s lawyer needed to come back with info so Judge Boasberg can decide if he needs to act NOW.
“Ps” means plaintiffs, “DOJ” means the govt lawyer.
And since it’s 6:00 ET now, we’re starting.
Clerk is managing the attorney line right now and making sure everyone on the speaking line is supposed to be there.
Judge: I don’t think we need to have everyone ID themselves. DOJ, your report?
DOJ: unfortunately I don’t have much to report. Client says giving details would raise national security details. They said maybe in camera.
Clerk: I can disconnect.
