I like to think my wife & I did well teaching our kids to care. Our middle daughter is a vet tech cause she cared so much. She has 7 pets at home, and all 3 dogs were abandoned she took them in. 2 had lost a leg in an accident, so the previous owners gave up on them. My granddaughter loves them.🥰
