really rough when you start out. You'll be sore ALL OVER and that's not what you want. Keeping it to a schedule for certain workouts will keep DOMS to one part of your body so you can work out others with no pain, helping with consistency!

Also (sorry if this is super long ;w;) getting in shape is 90% in the kitchen and 10% exercise, so healthy eating habits will be the main thing you want to focus on in the beginning! Don't do everything at once or go all in to start, make small changes and turn those into habits!
