This is how it's been done in recent years. Usually 2 or 3 flying over the neighborhood. Probably NYPD and news. When we were students in the '80s, no helicopters flew over Columbia and NYPD was usually not not allowed through the gates. This administration has a flair for pouring oil on the fire.
