There's no such thing has 'hypersanity'. In Grant Morrison's celebrated graphic novel ARKHAM ASYLUM one doctor mentions in passing that the Joker 'might have something resembling a kind of super-sanity' but this is a conceit of the author, let's not treat these things as 'real'.
