and the lower end of the spectrum pays more in property taxes too. the relatively wealthy tend to lawyer up and contest property tax rates and renters don't receive any tax breaks for their living arrangements. suburbia is heavily dependent upon subsidy from the cities.

The money undocumented immigrants pay in taxes probably far exceeds the taxes the Republican cronies pay. They are deporting those that pay taxes and giving new breaks to those who pay little? Republicans are good at hate but so bad at math.
