Ahhhh get them around to yours and do something in the house...then the young trendy can go wherever they like haha plus 2 celebrations, they will comfier in yours. (They'll only order fish and chips anyway )😂
One opened near my son's just outside York ring road in March.
Been twice. Food and drink was decent both times, service a bit hit and miss the second time. Heaving both times and bedding in new staff. We would go again.
It's our 40th Wedding anniversary next month and the family get together is limited to just our Yorkshire branch for simplicity, though it's in a fancy barn in rural Lincolnshire.
I've found a couple of spots for lunch/dinner nearby, and sampled them...

It was Green bin day and many bins were still out
I was dropping these into the bins on
My way down and the lids were flying all over the road
Is the place at the top of the hill out of West Kirby trading again? We had one mostly successful one there too., but the telly chef big Red fella binned it.
