Pablo confirmed he's going to drop some arcanes. Guessing they'll be the lower tier frame arcanes from the eidolon pool, but it's still a nice little bonus for new players early in the starchart

If Vor drops arcanes, then he might become a simpler vosfor farm. Then again, I've seen people complete an eidolon hunt faster than I complete most missions.
