2.7°C by 2100 is extremely unlikely, and arguably represents an artefact of IPCC modelling which completely excludes tipping points and other factors which have already started occuring

More likely is 2-2.6°C by 2050, as predicted by reinsurers, with an upper margin of 3.2°C

The cost of climate impacts is also rapidly being revised upwards, at 30% of GDP at 3°C, so possibly in only 25 years

And UNEP have revised their figures to 3.1°C; which is extremely conservative considering how we continue to track RCP8.5..
