The HHS rule banning trans care from many ACA plans is open for public comment now. Only 3 comments so far.

Embarrassing how the media is completely ignoring this. There's likely over 200,000 trans people on ACA plans (1% of 24 million)

I did too - I wrote: "Trans health care saves lives. Denying gender-affirming care leads to deaths of despair, so if that's what HHS wants you should at least be upfront with it. Because that's is what will happen - their will be blood on y'all's hands.

You can be anonymous. There’s an option at the bottom (which is a UX miss, but that’s not a surprise). And don’t worry about the dropdown in the middle it can stay blank.

Done. Literally took two minutes. I told them to leave trans people alone, stop trying to legislate them out of existence, they deserve health care to make them feel whole and proper in their own bodies same as anyone else.
