I don’t want to overstate it but menopause hormone therapy has changed just about every aspect of my life for the better in just two weeks. I can’t believe how much time I spent gaslighting myself into thinking it was just that I should spray magnesium on my feet and go for more walks.

I was on the fence until I read this. My GP was on board but it gave me confidence to push if needed.
Plus - without a uterus now, I can only rely on symptoms. Which appear to be a general description of "the joy of womanhood". So that's not going to be any kind of flag.
Not a lot else has changed, but my world has. So, I don't want to think about how I'd be coping without it.
I can’t tell if you’re serious or just listing a random example of a useless “health hack”. 🤨
The “spray my feet with Magnesium” bit, because we Humans can’t absorb Heavy Metals through our skin AND Magnesium is fat soluble regardless. 🤣
