Education is the foundation to all those in Congress and important government jobs. Teachers are HIGHLY UNDERPAID, as THEY EDUCATE THE FUTURE OF OUR COUNTRY.
To me, that is mindblowing to know what the potential could be with progressive education, turning the USA into unlimited possibilities.
Teachers should be paid more-always. Without teachers, the politicians would be unable to read, reason, comprehend. I know, I know, I know right now it does seem like a bunch of them never met a teacher but it will change….

Let's make it really mean something. Also have them live on disability payment levels and the medical care that people without medical through work live with.

Thank you, David. As a retired teacher, my retirement does not cover my expenses. There is no health-care either.
I have to pay for my Medicare each month, which does not cover dental ,vision @hearing.
I have to pay out of pocket for a lot of medical, and the Government takes $185 for basic care
