Is it too much to ask for Foley artists to use the correct engine sound for a motorcycle. I would settle for the correct engine configuration if they can't find the right bike.

Note that this is the work of sound editors, not the Foley folks.
Budget wise the first is the way to try. If you're lucky the sound person has been able to access the action vehicle during the shoot.
