Nope, but those of us with our feet planted in reality know that "letting the states decide" is in absolutely no way whatsoever the "moderate" position on abortion.
Trump pivoting from an all-out ban after even far-right states balked at disallowing it after Dobbs changes zilch.
Need everyone to understand that when Trump says he doesn't support a national abortion ban, he means an all-out ban with no exceptions. He loves to bleat out the "Ronald Reagan" exceptions of rape, incest, and life of the mother—a federal policy that includes those wouldn't technically be a ban
And how do you prove r*pe or inc*st in time to terminate the fetus? Doubtful a woman or girl’s word is enough. Is a kit enough evidence? These people are ghouls and will fight for her to have to keep the fetus until it’s too late.
Conveniently we have direct evidence of how this works coming out of the restricted states! Has there been a single exception granted in Texas since 2021? We know women have died after not obtaining care, but I don't know of any that have gotten care in state.
Would a federal law that states cannot ban abortion access prior to 12 (10 or 15 or 18) weeks hasten a national ban by a different future law? Not that Rs want to restore access in R run states.

Legislative compromises would hasten a national ban and/or make it harder to get protections passed in the long term
