No, it's really interesting. Because silver doesn't oxidize like this, but the bowl that was resting on top of the rhyton *did* oxidize and left this 'stain'. You can see the round shape.

I love that the bottom of the unintended stain nearly lines up exactly to part of the decoration on the protome, leaving a pleasing curve that now looks like it's continuous (pleasing to me anyway), others may view it as blemish!
