Even though Paper Mario TTYD is my favorite game of all time, I do think the Mario & Luigi series is better overall, especially since they stick to more or less the same combat style, just different mechanics outside of that. And I think the stories are more interesting and the dialogue is funnier.
yeah i'd agree with that. i played ttyd for the first time this year and smrpg for the first time last year, and they're both great, M&L is just so engaging to play with their battle system
