This is a load of revisionist crap. Moyes won numerous Merseyside Derbies, beat Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd numerous times at Goodison. Beat Man Utd in a FA Cup Semi at Wembley. ‘Doesn’t win big games’ 😭 Won a European trophy 18 months. Probably because he’s a better manager now than 12 years ago.
He is the safe bet. Moshiri gambled and failed. Better going safe for a couple of seasons. He knows what the fans expect. The easy thing for him would be to retire. We can't afford a top manager and a younger one would burn at the stake. The mess is still here and will take 18mths to sart to clear

He’s an inspiring appointment to me because from 1987 onwards theres been very little EFC to cheer about & under Moyes we rarely had relegation battles & actually had many good times (yes I said it, but we did!). Yes we never won anything. 95% of teams dont win anything, doesnt mean u cant enjoy it.

Weirdly I prefer Beto hahaha. Opinions are everywhere. One thing that isn't an opinion though. He's better than what we had. Dyche was woeful. Moyes being even slightly better than him will make sure we are in the league at the start of next season
