Evidently lack of oil was enough to give it these mad centrifugal powers.
I never had that problem. I always use 7g dried yeast for 500g of flour and 3.3 dl cold water. One teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of oil. Very suspicious. Thanks for the tips.
