OK sorry, but the "Kemonito lore" is that wierd and complicated, but yes it starts in the 1970s with the character Aluche as a sidekick for tineieblas and involves two and a half Kemonitos, one Kemalito, tv shows, a lawsuit a Netflix documentary, just to name a few.

Yes one is the face mascot and the other the heel. Kemalito is a relatively newer thing and KeMonito has been around forever. Kemonito just the cmll mascot in general. The current one is the second guy to do the persona
